Starting school in foundation stage

Children start in our Reception classes (foundation stage) in the September following their fourth birthday.

Online applications are made via Lincolnshire County Council’s School Admissions using the Parent Portal. You can also contact the Admissions team on 01522 782030 or email schooladmissions@lincolnshire.gov.uk.

For 2024 reception starts (children with a date of birth between 1/09/2019 and 31/08/2020) applications will be accepted from 1st November 2023 and January 15th 2024. Parents will be informed of the outcome of their application on April 19th 2024 and must accept or decline the offer by the 4th May 2024. 

In-year applications

We admit children between the ages of 4-11. In-year applications can be made at any time. If you would like to apply for a place during the school year in any year group, you will need to do so through the Lincolnshire School Admissions team.

Our published admission number is 30 which means that we cannot admit any more than this in each year group. If there are no spaces available at the time of the application, the child’s name may on request be added to the waiting list for the relevant year group.
