Timi Champions
Our Timi Champions play an important leadership role within school by ensuring that the voices of pupils are heard at a strategic level. These children are chosen for their maturity, confidence and commitment to improving school life for everyone. They act as representatives for their peers, gathering feedback, ideas and suggestions from across the school.
Timi Champions meet regularly with Anthem Community Councillors to share what is happening in school, celebrate achievements and highlight areas pupils feel could be improved. This direct link means that governors hear the views of children first-hand, helping them understand what matters most to our pupils and how decisions affect their everyday experiences.
Through this role, Timi Champions develop valuable skills in communication, problem solving and leadership. Most importantly, they help shape our school’s future and ensure every child knows that their voice counts.
